If you wanted a picture of what I do, this is kinda it. In theory.
This aviary had an "Island of Dr Moreau"/"Jurassic Park" kind of feel to it. Very industrial. Very cool.

Ok. This guy was so fucking filthy. FILTHY. We saw him roughly 1,350 times during the day. No shoes. Two pairs of stained pants on (it was around 34deg that day). Philip Seymour Hoffman lookalike.

FRIGHTENING STRIKES!
Yeah, so this is a late post, sue me.
This was a pretty EPIC night of roller derby. Lots of people in costumes, and the place was packed.
Start of the night. Crowd was thin. Derby girls warming up.
Some guy came dressed as a ginger.
Another came dressed as Charlie Pickering. It was a pretty lame costume if you ask me.
The bout was between the "Dead Ringer Rosies"...
and my favourite, the "Reservoir Dolls".

Scores were close the whole night... HOW EXCITING!
At some point they had to turn people away, because the venue had reached capacity. I wasn't surprised. There were TONNES of tidy ladies around this time round too.
It was a heated battle... Calamity Maim went down...

I know I sound like a broken record, but KD is such an AWESOME SKATER! seriously. she makes that team.
I know it's a rushed post, but I need to start work at 7:30am tomorrow, and I wanted to get it up before the NEXT BOUT THIS WEEKEND.
